Admissions Process

HTCA is now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year.

Steps:

Step 1 - Contact our Admissions Director

If you have not already checked on grade availability, or have questions, click here to contact us.

Step 2 - Apply

Click here to set up your admissions account. At this time, you will be asked to submit the online application and upload your child's birth certificate.

Step 3 - Enroll

Our Head of School reviews all applications. You will then receive an email with the remaining checklist items to complete enrollment. At this time, you must set up your tuition account through the FACTS Tuition link and submit the non-refundable enrollment fee of $200 per family.

TRANSFER STUDENTS enrolling in 1st - 8th Grades

You must fill out a Release of Records Form to give us permission to request your child's records from their current school. You may drop off the completed form to HTCA or scan it to our Admissions Office at: [email protected] Click the link below to print out the required form.

Release of Student Records

A child is considered completely enrolled at HTCA only when:

(1) all the required forms have been submitted,

(2) you have set up your FACTS Tuition Account,

and

(3) you have submitted your non-refundable enrollment fee of $200.

Step 5 - Financial Aid

Only after a child is completely enrolled at HTCA, are you able to apply for financial aid through the Bishop's Scholarship Fund (BSF). This is done through your FACTS Tuition account.
